Global Prestige Visa Consultants provides visa advisory, document preparation, submission support and application tracking. We are an independent consultancy and are not a government body, embassy or consulate, and we are not affiliated with any of them.

Visa decisions rest solely with the relevant embassy, consulate or immigration authority. We prepare your case to the highest standard, but no consultancy can guarantee an approval, a specific processing time, or an appointment date. Processing times shown on this site are indicative estimates only.

• Provide accurate, complete and genuine information and documents.
• Respond promptly to requests for further evidence.
• Attend appointments and biometrics scheduled for you.
• Not book non-refundable travel before a visa is issued.

Applications delayed or refused because of inaccurate or withheld information remain your responsibility.

Our consultancy fee is quoted before work begins and is separate from government, embassy and visa-centre charges, which are non-refundable once paid to the authority. If we have not yet started work on your file, our fee is fully refundable. Once preparation has begun, refunds are assessed on the work completed. A refusal by an authority is not, by itself, grounds for a refund of our consultancy fee.

You may use this site for personal, lawful purposes. You may not attempt to access application records that are not yours, scrape or reverse-engineer the site, or misuse the tracking or chat features. Reference numbers are private — treat them like a password.

All branding, copy, imagery and design on this site belong to Global Prestige Visa Consultants and may not be reproduced without written permission.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the consultancy fee you paid for the affected application. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost travel bookings, missed earnings or accommodation costs.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
